Living Our Values: Celebrating our VIP Award Winners

At UHP, our Values in Practice (ViP) Awards shines a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to embody our core values. These awards remind us that every act of kindness, compassion, encouragement and gesture of support makes a huge difference to our patients, their friends and families and our colleagues.

We would like to celebrate our winners whose actions reflect our core values and have created a positive impact at the Trust.

Amelia Ward

Amelia, Service Line Quality Administrator for Medical Imaging, was honoured for her unwavering support to a colleague during a difficult time. She shared: “Winning this award really means a lot to me, it was a big surprise! Being there for a member of staff during a difficult time is something I try to do naturally, by listening, offering support, and making sure they don’t feel alone. It’s nice to know that those small, everyday actions can make a real difference, and this recognition encourages me to keep supporting others with understanding and kindness.”
